Purpose and legal basis

Answering your enquiry, preparing a quote and staying in contact. Legal basis: the data subject’s consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given via the checkbox before the form is submitted.

Data retention

We receive the contents of the form by email. We keep the data until the quote or the contracted work is concluded, and failing that for no more than 12 months.

Processors and data transfers

Web3Forms / Web3Creative — transmission of the contact form data. The service’s servers are located in the United States, and the provider may also process technical log data. Details are in Web3Forms’ own privacy notice.

We use the data submitted through the form solely to handle your enquiry. We do not add you to any marketing mailing list.

Data security

The website uses HTTPS, so form data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access is limited to the people who need it in order to handle the enquiry.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).

Cookies

The current version of the website does not set analytics or marketing cookies. The browser and the hosting provider may process log data needed for technical operation. If such cookies are added later, a cookie notice and a consent manager will be required.
